A Ganymede-synchronous frozen orbit around Europa provides a stable spatial geometry between probe and Ganymede lander, which facilitates the observation of data transmission probes. However, third-body gravitation perturbation continues to accumulate affect long-term evolution probe. In this paper, relative with respect is considered accurately capture potential. The orbital behaviors under non-spherical Jupiter are studied based on double-averaging framework.
